Event Information

EVENT TIMING: Saturday, February 22, 2025 (rain, snow or shine) 12:30pm - 4:00pm (DefCon session 11:30am - 12:30pm)

EVENT LOCATION: 600 S. Broad St, Kennett Square, PA 19348

VENDOR FEES: Non-Food Vendors, $150 (+ processing fees); Food Vendors, $200 (+ processing fees).

REFUND POLICY: As this is a rain, snow, or shine event, vendor fees will not be refunded.

SPACE: Food Truck Vendors will receive a designated location to park their truck or trailer based on their size. Non-food Vendors will receive a 10'x10' space with a tent, weights, table & two chairs. Vendors are not permitted to bring their own tent. Your registration fee includes the rental fee.

UTILITIES: Electricity & water are NOT supplied.

SET UP: Set-up begins at 9:00 am. All vehicle parking and unloading must occur BEFORE 11:00am. Any Food Trucks or vehicles that arrive after 11:00am will not be allowed on site. Food Trucks and vendors must be fully set up and ready to sell by 12:00pm. Once unloaded, vendors may park at the Kennett High School across the street from 600 S. Broad St.

SELLING TIME: For safety, security & insurance reasons, Vendors are not allowed to sell before 12:00pm and cannot sell after 4:00pm.

BREAK DOWN & CLEAN UP: You are responsible for your own area for setup and cleanup. Food Trucks MUST bring their own trash containers and REQUIRED TO CLEAN UP around their truck area. Do not dispose of food waste, oil, etc. down any drains. Please deposit all trash in the provided dumpsters.


CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE: All vendors MUST provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the following as additional insured: Kennett Collaborative, 106 W. State Street, Kennett Square, PA 19348. Email a copy of your COI to [email protected] 

FOOD VENDORS: All food vendors must be compliant and registered with the Chester County Health Department at least one (1) week prior to the event. You may apply online for your Temporary Event Permit here: https://www.chesco.org/2652/Temporary-Events
