We welcome food and non-food vendors! 

Please note: Food vendors include food trucks, food carts, and concession stands. Non-food vendors include retail or pre-packaged foods not intended to be consumed at the festival. Beer vendors should contact info@ for separate registration information. 

Spirits, wine, tobacco, and cannabis are prohibited. 


EVENT TIMING: Saturday, October 5th, 2024 (rain, snow or shine)
     1:30-5:00 pm (Connoisseur session 12pm-1:30 pm)

EVENT LOCATION: 600 S. Broad St, Kennett Square, PA 19348

VENDOR FEES: Non-Food Vendors, $250 (+ processing fees); Food Vendors, $350 (+ processing fees).

REFUND POLICY: As this is a rain, snow, or shine event, vendor fees will not be refunded.
SPACE: Food Truck Vendors will receive a designated location to park your truck based on its size. You can bring your own branded tent or select the option for Brewfest to provide one. Please select your option below. If you provide your own tent you must also provide adequate weights or tie-downs. Please note, all setup is on pavement. 

UTILITIES: Electricity & water are NOT supplied.

ENTRANCE: Vendors receive 2 admission tickets for Brewfest.
SET UP: Set-up begins at 9:00 am. All vehicle parking and unloading must occur BEFORE 11:30 am. Any Food Trucks or vehicles that arrive after 11:30 am will not be allowed on site. Food Trucks and vendors must be fully set up and ready to sell by 1:00 pm. Once unloaded, vendors may park at the Kennett High School across the street from 600 S. Broad.

SELLING TIME: For safety, security & insurance reasons, Vendors are not allowed to sell before 12:00 pm and cannot sell after 5:00 pm.

BREAK DOWN & CLEAN UP: You are responsible for your own area for setup and cleanup. Food Trucks MUST bring their own trash containers and REQUIRED TO CLEAN UP around their truck area. Do not dispose of food waste, oil, etc. down any drains. Large recycling and trash dumpsters will be on site. Please deposit trash and recycling in the respective dumpsters.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE: All vendors MUST provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the following as additional insured: Kennett Collaborative, 106 W. State Street, Kennett Square, PA 19348. Email a copy of your COI to [email protected] 

TERMS & CONDITIONS: By submitting below, you agree to comply with the above Brewfest Rules & Regulations. Noncompliance will result in removal of the activity from the event with no refund. You also certify that you are the responsible party and are authorized to execute on behalf of the business or group and accept legal process on behalf of the business or group. The undersigned also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Festival, Kennett Collaborative, the Borough, nor the Downtown/Main Street Organization is responsible for damage, loss, or theft of goods related to his/her business.

FOOD VENDORS: All food vendors must be compliant and registered with the Chester County Health Department at least one (1) week prior to the event. You may apply online for your Temporary Event Permit here: https://www.chesco.org/2652/Temporary-Events
